Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski is refuting claims of the Isabella County Deputy Sheriff's Association, which has told the Isabella County Board of Commissioners it has "no confidence in the leadership of Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski and his administration."

A letter addressed to the board was read at its meeting Tuesday night by Isabella County Deputy Todd Graham.

Incoming freshmen and undergraduate transfer students will pay $324 per credit hour in the fall, a 6.6 percent increase.

The Central Michigan University Board of Trustees unanimously approved the increase at its Thursday meeting over two other options.

A student taking a total of 30 credit hours for two semesters will pay $9,720 for tuition instead of last falls' $9,120.
